Octave’s mission is to re-imagine care management for Multiple Sclerosis.
At DesignMap, we were challenged to build a multi-touchpoint Care Management Platform for Octave Bioscience which included an App for MS patients, MS Nurse Service, and Physician Reports used by Neurologists.
The challenge for people with MS
It is hard to know if what they are experiencing is MS-related or other aspects of life.
Neurologists are not able to provide the time a patient might need. They may only get 15 minutes for their office visit.
Challenge for Neurologists
There is no standardized MS data that neurologists can leverage.
They rely on the patient to accurately remember when their symptoms started or changed.

The Octave Care Program
The Octave Care Program had three main pillars: The Person living with MS, Care Partner (MS Nurse), and the neurologist. The relationship between these three pillars was carefully crafted to thoughtfully provide support, care and guidance.
